5 days to activate broadband after our business line went live plus some utter rubbish

BT business move what a joke, they sent us a contract with our new telephone number and our broadband date would go live on the 26th January 16. the engineer duly arrived to liven up the phone line on friday the 12th Feb as agreed.

The guy done his job and left the phone line working no problem as he left he said the broadband might take a while to liven up as they do it remotely (his words). we moved our office staff in on Monday the 15th and had our IT guy ready to get all going.

We had no broadband and when we contacted BT they denied the telephone number was even theirs !!!. the contract had been cancelled and they would have re raise the job. Well after many phone calls they admitted the number was theirs and we would have broad band in 24hrs, So tuesday arrives and we make more phone calls as we have no broadband, now we are told its standard practise to activate the broadband 5 days after the phone line,,,,

Remember on our contract it clearly stated our broadband was live on the 26th January,

They even left a answerphonwe message on our secretarys phone today saying it will be 5 days and if we phone them back we might muck up the date and it might take longer !!!!!!

Without stating the obvious we are a business like many other that rely every minute on our internet.

For a communications company your communication is the worst i have ever personally dealt with
