MY VOIP is rubbish, in fact everything about BT Business is rubbish! please god bring the day forward I can end my contract.
But this post is about VOIP, ok my VOIP is not good, I am quite a bit away from the exchange so that doesn't help. I phone BT, after 45 minutes they answer, the girl on the end was so friendly my anger dissapeared, she couldn't check my line but said she would get someone to do it and ring me back. I said I have heard that so many times from BT but no one ever does, she promised she would ring me back, 3 days later nothing!!!
Is it any wonder people get upset and angry at BT???
Why oh why can you not just fix the ever adding problems I have had with BT, the list goes on and on and on.

Thanks for the phone call hopefully we can get it resolved.
It's a shame that it has to come to me posting on forums after being angered yet again by BT not returning phone calls, could see through it if it happened once or twice but its all the time. Perhaps I should just post any problems in the future straight on here.
