Accessing BT2700HGV when in bridge mode

Hello,

I have a BT2700HGV in bridge mode, with the authentication being done downstream by our firewall. We have been having problems with the connection recently so I wanted to check the line stats - but realise there is now apparently no way to get the modems web interface (or any other interface)

Does anyone know of a solution, that doesn't involve factory resetting the modem...?

Cheers,

Ben

...well, I tried the obvious of simply plugging a laptop into the modem on the default subnet, and that let me in.

However, it wouldn't let me change the address of the router itself, giving the very informative error "Error"

Anyway, at least I can do it now 🙂
