Account Access from Outside UK

I have an Website designer and SEO expert from India working on my website. I have gave him my login details but he cannot access through the admin panel. He says that BT is blocking users from outside the UK. Is there any way I can get him access ??

And yes I do trust him as he has done some excellent work for a friend of mine.

Ok support have helped me with this and it is not a problem now.

My SEO guy has now asked me if he can install Wordpress and create a database for my site, TBH I dont even know what he is talking about as I have no idea about these things, can anyone tell me is this possible ?
