Please can somebody help!
I am trying to upload a video onto my website www.taketwovideo.co.uk using sitesparks and it isn't working.
I have uploaded to the site spark configuration box, 3 types all of the same video an mp4, and 2 .mov files. one is 1mb another is 3mb and the third is 32mb ( a bit large i think).
When I click OK for it to go on my website nothing happens i just get the sitespark video stamp left there and no video.
I have upgraded my Quicktime player as well to latest version and that doesn't help and I have used internet explorer and firefox on mac and pc and still no joy!
Please can somebody help!
(I also called bt and the man said he didn't know what to do and I should contact Site Sparks?!?!?)
