Adjusting stock levels in eShop

Is there an easier way to adjust stock levels in eShop.  When i receive more stock i have to go to each induvidual product or variation and adjust teh stock - this becomes a very long and tiring task when the number of products grow.

IS there not a simple table of all  the products with their stock levels whioch we can change froma  single screen?

Hi
The eShop has a product import and export feature that will allow you to download your product list, you can then update your stock level using excel and re-import the product list with the updated stock levels.

To do this go to Products > Import and export > Then Click on the Export Button this will download your product list in a csv file.

If you then open the export.csv document in excel you will be able to update your product quantities. Once you have done this just save the file and then go back to the site admin and click on the browse button and locate the saved csv file on your computer and then click the import button.

This will now upload your changes and apply the new quantities to the products.

Thanks, have you done this?   I will try and see what happens when i add more stock in about a week.  I did try the import function to upload a stack of emails, but it just flatly refused any file format i created as per the their recommendation.

It would be better if there was stock table view within the app rather than having to upload everytime - but thanks for tip.
