HI there I run a small company in Essex who recently moved and also changed company name as well. This has led to massive billing issues with duplicate bills being issued to both companies etc etc. Eventually these issues were resolved.
Our account was then moved from BT without our permission by a company called Blue Cherry. Bt arranged for the account to come back to them but there our billing problems started in a major way with bills being charged for services we hadn't ordered, used or were even able to use. Bills were coming in weekly at£400 or £500. After 4 months of weekly aggro trying to get bills corrected etc etc I saw this site advertised on Google and decided to look at this forum. I saw immediately that I was not alone in having billing issues but I did notice that a moderator FIONA asked people to PM her with details of there problems and said she would look into it. So I emailed her on Monday and got a reply almost straight away saying she would be dealing with it ASAP. This morning I received an email from Sarah (removed by moderators) @ BT who has sorted every one of my billing issues out and also given me a statement of account.
All i can say about this service and this forum is Fantastic, thank you and well done BT.
PS you really should look at cloning Sarah (removed by moderators)

Other forum members please note that usually the best way to get issues resolved is to put a post up on the forum. Our moderators do scour the forum and do their best to respond to posts and private messages but are not able to deal with all issues / may not be able to deal with problems as quickly as other customers.

BT have caused all of our problems and customer service is useless. Now going the OFWAT way because they are cutting us off without notice or reason!!
Good luck with trying to get away from them when you want to.

The Broad band of BT is really good and awesome.
I'm glad your issues have been resolved but - if I understand it correctly - it was only after 4 months of aggro and even then you had to post on a public forum before BT took action. Hardly the service you should expect from one of your suppliers.
