I'm having trouble connecting my Amazon Kindle to the internet via the business router. It keeps telling me that my password is incorrect or not valid. I've tried every variation, upper and lower case, the security key number etc. but it's not working. Any suggestions?

I have checked with the technical team and there are no known issues with the Kindle and Business Hub. I would check that the Kindle is set to use the correct authentication, the bar code on the router should tell you if it is WPA or WEP authentication.
Our IT Support Management team would be able to help you set up your Kindle, as well as other devices to the router. They are a chargeable support team but offer help with a Help and advice for the set-up and connection of printers, scanners and other peripherals.
I'm sorry the forum moderators can't assist further with this issue, but there may be other users on the forum that can offer some further advice.
