Another cancellation of line Install, same week as moving premises.

I would just like to express my total disappointment at the service we have received from BT, through no fault of our own we will now have to miss the opening date at our new premises which was meant to be this Friday, as BT are unable to provide the services we ordered in February 2013.

 

The cost to DMS is unmeasurable in possible loss of business.

 

Problems caused by BT wll now take a further 22 days to resolve, if my company makes a mistake we do our utmost to rectify the situation in the shortest possible time, and I would expect BT to do the same.

Still no response from BT, our Business has now moved without phone lines - I cannot believe the incompetence of BT.
