I'm at a total loss as to which number to try and actually get someone in BT to explain the problem they're having connecting up my new business line. Does anyone have any clues as to the best route to go to get something like this clarified and resolved. We ordered a new line and broadband 5 months ago and whilst I appreciate it's not the most straightforward of sites, there is no reason it should take 5 months and too many engineer visits to mentions (must be in the 20's by now) - there's a phone at the property immediately next door, the line is in place but BT can't seem to organise an engineer to come and connect it and we get no comprehensible reason why. We're so frustrated and worried as we're in the process of setting up a small business and a working phone line is imperative. I'd be really grateful for any hellp or advice.

I am sorry to see it is taking so long to get the line installed at your property. Can you send me a private message with your contact details and any order numbers you have and I will get it looked into for you by sales to see what is going on for you.
