Assistance with sorting out online billing logins please

In January, I signed up for Business One Plan, having previously had two separate lines and a broadband package separately, all added to my self-created BT login, so I could see all my bills.

 

The plan came with a new email address, and a new login that I did not ask for. (Thanks, Nigel Stagg!)

 

The old login works but doesn't show any details for the phone lines I still have but are now in the One Plan.

 

I have never been able to access the second (new) login, and the call centre staff I spoke to have never fixed it, despite promises to do so by changing the password. My last few requests by email have not even been replied to.

 

The person who originally sold me the package assured me I could have mobile, landline and broadband all accessed online, but has either moved or isn't interested in answering my emails now he has the sale.

 

I am hoping that someone here will be able to contact me and explain just what I need to do to set up a new login to which I can add all my One Plan services, which doesn't involve calls to foreign lands or any more frustration at faceless bureaucracy.
