Attack from 37.58.83.221

Hosting company wont do anything and now BT say they wont do anything! Its a SIP attack from someone using SIPvicious .. Asked BT to drop packets but they refused! Anyonr who knows of these attacks will know a brute force attack is like a DoS attack because of the amount of registration tries !! Whats with BT Business support? Useless! There is even a blog here saying how good they are stopping an attck from China!!! Whats more is I block on my Cisco router but from what I understand could not with the useless 2wire that they supply.

Everytime I have a problem with this service i have to jump through hoops of fire to get anywhere. BT are useless as a business supplier! NOT a CLUE!

Thanks MarkP, but already have after initial run about.. they told me its done! just like that! ITS NOT. I am leaving BT .. provided all details etc. offered logs etc. nothing done. IF BT put just 10% of effort into resolving issues as they do to just get you off phone and 'resolve call' it would work so so much better. BT train staff just to get you off the phone nothing more!

Sorry for rant but have experience of this in all sorts of situations.
