Can someone please look into resolving our broadband issues? This has been going on far too long now. We are a business where customers regularly email orders and artwork to us, but if the broadband keeps dropping, how can we conduct a business? We've had 2 openreach engineers visit our premises and it did manage to resolve the issue on the 2nd visit, but it's away as bad as ever again. After the 2nd visit we were able to get a download of 8mb, but it's dropped down again to our "usual 3mb". Apparently, it was capped at 3mb due to a fault on the line. Don't cap it, please FIX it! We've also been told that it's our router that's the problem, we brought in our IT guys who tested our router, brought in another router and the same thing kept happening. So, it's not our router. What else can be the problem?

We're also a business customer and have reported our sloooow broadband too many times to mention and are now managing literally only 13kbps download speed!!!!!!!
Why oh why did Tiscali sel lout to Talk Talk (who proved to be as equally incompetent as BT, hence the switch).
At least with them we had 1.5 meg!
We xcan no longer conduct business over the internet, other than attachment-less emails and posting messages on forums etc! my key board is broken with all the thumping!!!!

But they don't listen and they NEVER ring you back as promised.
