BROADBAND UPGRADE NOT AVALIABLE!

Can someone please advise me why I am not able to upgrade my business phone/broadband?

 

I am out of contract with BT, spoke with the WebChat customer service who offered me the BT Superfast Essential Fibre deal. I ordered this deal online only to be notified 2 days later by BT customer service  "We are unable to process the order as the line and broadband you have is not eligable for the package you have requested, sorry for any inconvenience caused"

 

No reason why I am not eliable and no offer of a different package? Is this really how poor BT are?

 

Do I need to switch my custom to Virgin or TalkTalk?
