I cannot access BT Analyst Converge. When I log in and launch the product I get as far as the announcement screen whihc then goes grey and fail to launch the product.
I am using IE11 and it has worked fine in earlier months.

I'm having this problem too ! have you resolved it ? if you did please can you advise what I can do 🙂
