I have been trying to install BT Analyst on one of my colleagues machines. I run the installer as an Administrator but halfway through the installation it looks for a BTBA.msi file - if I point it to the file included with the installation it just goes round in circles.
If I exit the installation it advises there is an older version of Analyst on the system - even though the user has never had analyst before.
Any suggestions what may be causing this problem and any solutions?
