BT Broadband Module on Versatility Phone system regularly gives up

Hello,

 

We have just got a versatility phone system and finally got a network switch. We find that the broadband module periodically (seemingly at random) stops working so we no longer have an internet connection. Going into the admin and restarting it solves the problems. Why could this be? I can give account details if PMed but I have tried phoning the "Helpdesk" only to be kept on hold for 20 minutes+ 

 

I checked with the consumer broadband postcode checkers  and it says we should get at least 8MBit, we are only getting 6 at the moment. 


Would appreciate it if someone could review this for me.

Vetswest, I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with the Versatility broadband module.  Have you actually spoken to the Versatility helpdesk?  They should be able to help.

As for the postcode checker, it isn't very accurate, I'm afraid.  Try using your phone number here, you should get a more accurate result:
