BT Business Broadband Billing

Has anyone had any problems with BT business broadband billing? When you resign for a further term and you ask what deals there are and agree to said deal only to find that when it comes down to it they fail to honour their commitment. I have tried to contact BT on this matter only to be passed from department to department all saying it is nothing to do with them.( can anyone beat this 7 hours and 21min on the phone in one day)  Have sent emails and received the automated reply with a reference number but that’s as far as it gets (still no reply.) Where do you get the phone number for complaints department? Who will tell me the contact details for the managing director of BT business, I did ask over the phone but the person said that they did not have that information to hand even when I explained that I wished to make a chief executive complaint against them and that they were duty bound to provide me with the information. If anybody would like to fill in the blanks and assist with this perhaps a BT moderator will pick this up and run with it who knows.

Firstly, let me apologise for the difficulty you experienced in contacting the correct helpdesk for your issue.  The procedure for pursuing a complaint is to, in the first instance, raise the matter with the department you were dealing with, in this case, Billing.  You may need to ask to speak to a supervisor.  Contact Us

I have spoken to probably every department at BT, my next option would be to ask to speak to the cleaner as I have not had a chat to here yet. If you or one of your colleges wants to pick up this problem and run with it then I will be only too happy to send private mail outlining the problem and a full list of information for the past 18 months.
