My Business line stopped working on 10 February ,reported to BT on their web site they closed the fault the same as resolved, reported fault a further 3 times two of which they closed with same comment resolved. Each time I reported the fault I put a comment in asking for someone to contact me and explain what was going on, nobody has been in touch, in two days time it will be a month and counting I have been without the phone line. Not a bad response time when they say 1 or 2 days to fixed phone faults and no response to two complaints
Does any body know how to get BT to take notice, inform their customers what is going on and fix a fault
