Shocking service from BT, singed up on to BT Business plan 7 months ago they havnt applied the correct settings to our account. We have not recived a correct bill in 7 months, keep cutting our service off for non payment of bill. We recived on the same day three separte bills for the same account for three different amounts fornthensame period. Seven months on and they still have not sorted the issue. BT systems don't seem to talk to each other and they suspend your service due to there fault lack of customer service. This is now starting to have a massive impact on my business. We have recived no compensation and still to date the issue has not been sorted. I would not recommend BT and would not have the service for free. The matter is now in the hands of OFCOM.
