BT Cancelled my broadband and i didn't request cancellation

Received an email yesterday from BT to say that i have requested cancellation of my broadband

 

Thanks for letting us know that you’d like us to stop your BT Infinity for business - Advance Support (option 2) up to 80Mb downstream up to 20Mb upstream on xxxxxxxxx : we’ll do this for you on 10/01/2014.

 

How can they do it and can I get my connection back
