Worth mentioning that after all the normal tech chat with a remote person and the problem was deemed to be mine I booked a call with helpful people, engineer arrived spot on time and although early days he knew what he was doing and was very good, found issues (not mine) resolved them and explained...Good Guy.
This is really nice .... tech staff must behave like that .... By the way majorit of the Engineers are always helpful.
