I recently (perhaps foolishly) bought a BT Falcon from eBay. It was advertised as new and appears unused but I have found that the handset is faulty - whilst I can hear callers, they cannot hear me. I have put on a handset from an old phone and this works fine but does not fit the cradle.
My question is, does anyone know where I can obtain spares from?
