We have a 4 line Featureline system, with 4 separate direct dial numbers and one main number that rings in sequence on the 4 phones. I would like to change this so when a caller calls our main number, all the phones will ring. Can this be done?
I am not sure if this is possible as there are features where you can transfer your call to another featureline phone. Though I am just wondering, what is the different of the normal Featureline to Featureline Compact?
