BT Infinity for Business - Two months to provision a new phone line?

Hi all,

 

I'm currently in the process of moving properties and I'm the end of my tether looking for some help.

 

I called BT originally in November to tell them I'm moving prosperities. As the line hadn't been moved between properties they advised me to call me back when the line had moved to the new property so I'm able to swap over the BT Business for Infinity Connection.

 

I had a new residential  line put  in on December the 7th.  I called BT back later that day to have them to transfer the Infinity over. At this point they said they couldn't find my line on the system.

 

I called back around 3 times and they said there was an issue with the line and they were unable to  find it on there system.

 

I received a note to say that work was being done on line on the 18th but a car had blocked their progress as it was parked on the road. I didn't hear anything back.


I called again and heard everything would be resolved on the 21st of December.

 

This was delayed until the 27th of December.

 

This was then delayed until the 7th of January.

 

I have received a text today saying they won't be able to do anything until the 2nd of February 2013! This will be around 2 months without any internet provided by BT!

 

2 months without a business connection and a month between any updates is not acceptable in my eyes. Is there a term or condition that allows me to cancel this service as they are unable to provide me with a  connection in over two months that I have to pay for?

 

Any help on how to get this cancel or progressed would be great.
