BT Infinity speeds, after reset 37 otherwise 22

Hi,

I had Infinity installed yesterday, initially the speed was 37mb, over the day it came down to 23mb.  I reset the hub and vdsl modem and it was back up to 37 but a few hours later went down to 23 again.  Is there something wrong?

I am on a wired connection.

There is a 10 day "training" period for your line during which time your line will settle to it's maximum stable rate.  The speeds will vary during this period.  It is quite important to leave your equipment powered on and connected for the duration of this process.

I didn't know about that and I reset the modem and hub yesterday 

I will leave it all on from now on.

It should be OK, your final stable rate shouldn't be affected by this one re-set.
