I have a BT Micro used in our business for about 18 months. Recently it started to lose internet and wireless connection. At first resetting the unit resolved the problem, for quite a period of time. But now the connection is lost after only a few minutes. I've checked the line uisng a standard BT router and it appears fine. When I try to troubleshoot the connection, my pc says 'DNS Server is not available'
Can anyone help me with this problem. Is it simply that the unit itself is faulty, or is there a config issue?
