Good morning,
I have a Norstar Compact Plus that receives calls and makes calls fine on the first line. If you receive a second call while one is still in place then it doesn't even ring any of the huntgroup. The second caller hears the phone (I used 2 mobile phones to test this) ringing but it cannot be seen by any of the phones
Is there something that could be causing this? Would it be an exchange issue or would it be a system issue?
