BT Openzone Logon

Hi,

As a BT Business account holder, how do I acceess BT Openzone?  I tried using my @btconnect e-mail and password but I could not connect.

Do I need other credentials?

I belive you only get free time with the option 3 broadabnd packet,

but if you contact the Openzone helpdesk they should be able to confirm for you, and activate,
