Hi does anyone know how to set  up the proactive chat on my account? i have a business bb and webhosting and was assured that i could get proactive chat for my site...

I can confirm that EasyLiveChat is available with BT Business WebHosting.

Have you had a look at the EasyLiveChat 1.0 Installation Guide?

This should give you the information you need to set this service up.
