BT is still taking money from my account more than a year after my broadband account changed after the house was renovated.
I have been complaining for a year now but BT insists on still taking my money for an account that is not in use.
Please help
Phone up, record the EXACT time of the call and teh persons name. Ask for an address to send the complaint and compensation demand to.
Send a recorded delivery letter stating teh facts and te amount you are owed, plus any costs for calls and post.
Then, go to your bank and instruct them not to pay any more DDs to BT.
Good luck with that!!! BT are a total shambles IMHO
