BT Versatility Help

I work for a small company which has a BT Versatility box and 4 phones with two ISDN2e boxes coming in, anyway my question is if anyone can help is, we have just brought a 09XX number from BT for our Technical Helpline number which piggy backs on to our current telephone number but what I want to do is when I receive a call for technical is to transfer the call to the 09xx number so that we get paid for technical help, is there an easy way for this to happen as there is some older members of staff which struggle with the phone system as it currently stands.

Could we not dedicate of of our internal Extensions to dial externally?? Hope this makes sense and I am not dribbling on.

I did ring the BT versatilty help line but after 10 mins of sorry's, I got fed up.

Any help would great,

Many Thanks

If you dial an 09 number from one of your lines you are going to pay the premium rate yourself. Best thing to do is publicise the 09 number and tell callers to redial the premium rate number themselves.
