I wonder if anybody can help.
We have an auto-attendant set up, asking for people to press 1 for sales, 2 for after sales etc. Once the caller presses the relevant digit they are sent to a hunt group and the call is queued for an operator.
If all operatoirs are busy the caller hears a contant ringing (actually sounds more like an engaged tone) but we would prefer for them to hear our hold music. Is there any way that this can be programmed?
