BT Versatility - IP Extension, Standard Extension Number

Hello,
We've installed our Broadband Module Plus, and are trialling it with the softphones, however we have a big question;
Is it possible to configure an IP extension with a 'Standard' extension number?
All the extensions in our office are obviously 2 digits, starting at 20, however having all the IP extensions with three digits, it gets confusing.
Is it possible to 'swap' the ports as with other extensions, so say 151 and 29 would switch? I didn't think this was possible
Also, there was another question - In the BT Versatility V-IP phone guide, it says that a 'simple 3-digit code can be entered to pair an IP and a Standard extension', but there is no mention of this in any other reference material?
Is this the same as 'Follow Me' (735) - In which case I'm assuming the password is the standard extension password of 123? How does this work, and what does it do?
If the first option (switching extension numbers) isn't possible, we'd like it so that when someone rings (for example) our Director's phone, it also rings her IP phone at home - Is this possible?
Thanks 🙂
Joe

I found out how to 'Pair' the extensions, from some other documentation floating on the interwebs..
Here's what the manual I found says:
Paired Extensions
An extension can be paired with another extension. The full functionality of the master extension including extension number and all programmed features, including voicemail, can be transferred to the alternate extension, providing the user with all their normal telephony facilities at two different locations.
From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.
Select “System Programming”.
Enter the System Programming Password and select “Extensions”.
Press the Scroll Down key () until “Paired Extensions” is displayed.
Select the master extension
Select the Alternate extension .The selection is indicated with a “♦”.
In default no extensions are paired. From a standard telephone the code is 702.
