Hi,
We have a Versatility system in place and 2 of the phones are for our customers to dial 0 and get a response from a member of staff.
The issue being when a customer dials 0 it rings extension 20 on the system, but if there is no answer or it's busy they don't get diverted to another extension even though I have diverts on extension 20 and the group diverts for it.
I would appreciate any help.
