Good afternoon,
I have searched for an e-mail address on BT website but to no avail, also have been hanging on the telephone for over 15 minutes for phone support but cannot waste anymore time.
I have a BT Versatility telephone system and it has just lately started to not pick up. I need to either have an engineer come out and look at the system or have the system replaced. Can someone please come back to me via my e-mail and let me know what can be done please?
