When I am building and publishing my new website on ESW Professional should I enter BT Web Hosting
via Firefox or Internet Explorer

They will both work fine, in fact most Firefox users (myself included) will argue that Firefox is a lot better.

firefox is gazillions quicker and I find more reliable than IE
