i've had a website hosted by BT for several years and note the changes to the layouts in relation to the website centre. I often link documents to hyperlinks and in the past have used the Website centre and FTP to drap /drop files to my hosting space using explorer. I've read the help pages and it suggests i shoudl have a button via Web Hosting > Manage Web Hosting which should then take me to my contol panel and i should see a button with File manager pro.
I dont have this - only got easysitewizard and photo album. Anyone any ideas or do i have to speak to BT to get this added in or is this now a chargeable extra?
I'm currently on hold trying to get thru but as yet no joy!
