I cannot believe that BT is so reluctant to serve small business customers with the same offerings as domestic customers. We have been promised, for over a year now, that fibre optic broadband will be coming to the Mark Road area of Hemel Hempstead yet we are still waiting, with no target date offered from BT. All we get is lousy 8MB ADSL with will barely hit 2MB at best or we could have a leased line at a ridiculous price. BT this is not good enough when British industry needs all the help it can get in these difficult financial times. We have residential customers very close by that get offered whatever they want by both BT and Virginmedia, more revenue available from them I guess!! Yet we get fobbed of with third world service. Why is this?
