I recently had help from online support, the techie (Gavin) was brilliant. I was getting fed up with being told; 'we don't support Thunderbird' and was pleased to have a techie that just sorted the issue rather than toe the party line. I would respond to the text survey and say that I was very impressed with Gavin's support, but as there are four questions each a seperate text at my cost, I'm not going to. 'Sir, I may be an idiot, but there's one thing I'm not Sir, and that Sir is an idiot'
