We have a domain hosted with BTDomainsAccount.com (I beleive these are sites registered before 2007) and we are having real problems as the MX records have been altered without request.
Emails to support@btdomainsaccount.com have so far been ignored for over 24 hours.
Anyone I ring at BT has no knowledge of the BTDomainsAccount department and cannot change the DNS as it does not show on their system.
How can I get in touch with this support group so that I can get the MX records put right.

Thanks for the information. I tried the live chat and I thought I'd got someone who could help but no, they said that BTDomainsAccount.com was nothing to do with them despite it obvioulsy being part of BT.
I'm at my wits end. Why can't someone within BT help.
