Bad routing on BT infinity

I am having a problem with slow communication to my dedicated server.

Communication from my home pc to the dedicated server in france is ok. But communication from my dedicated server to my home pc fails, it fails on the BT network at host http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/213.120.177.*

Any tips on fixing this that does not involve a painful and intorable phone call to BT ?
