Billing Problems and complete lack of interest from BT

In today's post we received our One Bill invoice dated 9th May!

 

I called the corporate billing team to log this as we are part of a company that cannot pay by Direct Debit and normally take approximately 7-10 days to get an invoice paid.

 

All I was told was that BT are not responsible for the delivery of the bill, and was I in a position to make payment today over the telephone!

 

What a joke of a customer service!
