Anyone been able to speak to BT about billing enquiries? I have spoken to 4 people today and every time I have been transferred or cut off. I previously had a Business One Plan account and discovered I should have been getting 500 inclusive mins, which had not been deducted from my bills. 500 mins x 4 lines x 5 years = massive overcharge, no wonder no-one wants to speak to me...
