Is anyone else aware of a problem BT have with two computer systems not working in parallel. Ie duplicate billing? Being billed for fibre broad band when you have adsl? Having your fibre broadband switched off and ADSL put in its place when you changed billing bank accounts? I have complained by the online complaints form four times now and no one has solved my problems. Are BT a company which actually doesn't give a monkeys about small business, How can I escalate complaints higher??
