I would like to know why our business broadband is regularly cut off despite our having cleared our bills. We paid our last bill this Friday, but have just had our internet access stopped today. When I called BT Business Support it was re-instated immediately but with no explanation of why it had been cut off in the first place. This is extremely frustrating and a waste of our time. Please clarify the policy on this.

I am sorry to see you are getting your service cutt off/suspended, you would need to discuss this with our billing suport team, if you go to contact us, you will be able to speak to them.
