I am in my second year with BT Broadband, on option 2 however when you look at option 2 now theres alot more features than when i first joined -voip, openzone, etc I have tried renewing contract and getting these extra services but no luck. Methods tried so far - phoning support line, talking to online support, emailing several times, i have even complained regarding lack of responses. Does anyone know how do do this or have experienced the same problem? Thanks Marcus

if anyone can organise is the customer options team can i reckon,

explain you wanna regrade for another contract and they let you know

Yep Tried that twice, i am already option 2 - so when i upgrade i don't receive any of the new features. Thats when the live support, email and phonecalls started.

I have tried several times too. Nothing seems to work tried about about 10 times online and 6 times over the phone but nothing happens. Good old BT!!!
