Browser does not open webhosting service- seems to have crashed after opening it with Google Chrome

I have just designed my website through the BT hosting service. However, after accessing the design wizard with Google Chrome I can no longer open it on my PC. webpage fails to load and just freezes. No error messages.

 

Tried deleting all history files to clear issue but no success...any suggestions would be welcomed.
