Bt Business hub consistently at a slow speed.

this speed is just not acceptable, i have a Office ADSL2 Next Gen up 20mb package.

I am switching internet very soon unless I get a speed boost.

Ive tried everything from resetting the internet, to changing the phone line, to cleaning out pc's

not good bt, noot good.

Sorry to hear that bud. Is this connection shared and have you tried a direct connect and run a speed test again? 🙂

Hi,

 

Right a single speed test indicates nothing, as there is no point of reference.  You say you're on ADSL2, but you don't say how far you are from the exchange or how long your line is.

 

There's a sticky up at the top about sites that give line length.  I would start there and see what your are roughly supposed to get.

Did you ever get this sorted? yoyu have a definite fault as your upload is higher than your download!
