I have a complaint about BT Websites:
Last year they rang me to offer a package of a eshop website,
I though as a large trusted company they could be no problems,
I paid £1800 and gave all the information from our previous site,
It is now a year plus later and the site is still not finished,
I have tried to email them but no reply,
It is impossible to phone them , you just cannot get through,
They would not let me cancel last year when progress was too slow,
They are a nightmare
